By visiting this website, creating an order, or downloading any WOLFY MEDIA NET product, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site or purchase our products.
2. Who we are
WOLFY MEDIA NET (“we”, “us”, “our”) provides digital creative tools for filmmakers and editors, including cinematic LUT packs, PowerGrades, tutorials, and related downloadable materials.

3. Products and digital delivery
Our products are digital goods delivered electronically (typically as a downloadable .ZIP archive containing LUT files, documentation, and tutorial access links).
- Delivery is usually immediate after successful payment confirmation.
- You are responsible for providing a valid email address and checking spam/junk folders.
- Download links may expire for security reasons; contact us if you need a replacement link.
- Product descriptions, feature lists, and compatibility information on the site are provided in good faith and may be updated over time.
4. License grant
When you purchase a product, WOLFY MEDIA NET grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to use the purchased files for your own creative and commercial projects, subject to these Terms.
You may:
- Install and use the LUTs / PowerGrades on devices you personally own or control.
- Use the looks on client work, personal films, commercial productions, and social content you create.
- Make reasonable backup copies for your own archival use.
You may not:
- Resell, redistribute, share, lease, sublicense, or publicly upload the original LUT / PowerGrade files.
- Include our files in another pack, plugin, marketplace listing, or subscription library.
- Claim authorship of the LUT / PowerGrade files themselves.
- Share purchase download links or account access with others outside your household / single-user license.
- Reverse engineer the product for the purpose of creating a competing LUT pack for sale.
Studio / multi-seat licensing may be available on request. Contact us before deploying across a large team.
5. Intellectual property
All website content, branding, product names (including “WOLFY MEDIA NET” and “Cinematic Log3 LUT Pack”), graphics, copy, tutorials, and digital files remain the intellectual property of WOLFY MEDIA NET or its licensors. Purchase of a license does not transfer ownership of the underlying files or trademarks.
6. Pricing and payment
Prices are displayed in euros (€) unless otherwise stated and are one-time payments unless a different model is clearly indicated. Taxes, currency conversion fees, and payment-processor charges may apply depending on your location and payment method. We reserve the right to update pricing for future purchases; this does not affect completed orders.
7. Refunds
Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, all sales are final and non-refundable once the download has been made available, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
If files are defective, incomplete, or you experience a technical issue preventing legitimate use, contact [email protected] within a reasonable time. We will work in good faith to replace files, restore access, or otherwise resolve the issue.
Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable consumer rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.
8. Updates
Where a product is described as including lifetime updates, you will receive access to future refinements of that specific product (for example additional camera profiles or color science adjustments) at no extra charge. “Lifetime updates” does not automatically include unrelated new products or separate packs we may release later.
9. Compatibility and results
LUT performance depends on camera, exposure, white balance, color management, and editorial software settings. We provide tutorials and documented camera coverage in good faith, but we do not guarantee identical results across every setup. Always test looks on your footage before final delivery.
10. Acceptable use of the website
You agree not to misuse the site, including by attempting unauthorized access, scraping at abusive rates, introducing malware, interfering with security, or using the site for unlawful activity.
11. Disclaimer of warranties
The website and products are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, WOLFY MEDIA NET disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free service.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WOLFY MEDIA NET shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunity, arising from your use of the site or products. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to a purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
13. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WOLFY MEDIA NET from claims arising out of your misuse of the products, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights in connection with projects you create.
14. Third-party services
Payments, email delivery, and hosting may rely on third-party providers. Those services are governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for outages or policies outside our reasonable control.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms for future use. Material changes affecting existing customers will be posted on this page.
16. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where WOLFY MEDIA NET principally operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protection laws of your country require otherwise.
